Nowicki & Associates in partnership with Rain Analytics, have developed powerful analytics and reporting solutions that allow the Management and Exco of businesses access to trends and insights in payroll software data not available in standard Payroll and HR system dashboards and reporting options.
Rain Analytics uses payroll data from LabourNet’s Human Capital Management Platform, known as PSIber, and transforms it into valuable insights and trend analysis using various sets of dashboards and intelligence that can be sliced and diced across multiple filters and variables to ultimately provide a Human Capital “Crystal Ball”.
Payroll data is imported from the PSIber platform via a secure and access-controlled API.

The development stack used is Python, a new-generation high-level programming language where the design philosophy emphasises code readability with its notable use of significant whitespace.
Hosting and data warehousing is enabled by Intellihost in a secure, access-controlled data centre in Johannesburg, backed by redundant power feeds, climate-controlled and a fully PCI-compliant facility.
