Our Code of Ethics governs and ensures the following:

  • standard operating policies and procedures, as well as adherence to a mutually agreed-upon code of conduct;
  • a unified code of conduct and method of operation that will govern the relationship between all stakeholders in the Association, including our conduct with customers and compliance with SARS regulations and other employment-related regulations;
  • providing services to customers in line with an agreed acceptable standard, ensuring that it’s of the highest professional level possible;
  • conducting all business in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in South Africa;
