Jeanne is a seasoned Senior Payroll Support and Implementations Consultant with over 20 years of expertise in payroll systems, tax compliance, and a variety of software solutions. Holding degrees in Accounting, Informatics, and Forensic Auditing, she is also a registered Tax Practitioner and member of SAIT. At Nowicki & Associates (NowHR), Jeanne leads payroll implementations, manages compliance, and supports clients with all forms of legislative queries. She has pioneered payroll audit tools, developed a legislative chatbot, and significantly contributes to industry-specific seminars. Her technical proficiency spans multiple payroll platforms, which is complemented by a strong understanding and knowledge of various coding tools and techniques.

Kyle is a South African educator and digital strategist currently serving as a Mathematics Teacher and legislative researcher at NowHR. With teaching experience across prestigious institutions such as Reddam House, King David High School, Hilton College, and The Elmgreen School in the UK, Kyle brings a global perspective to education. Through these experiences, he has built a unique and hugely successful ability to effectively get a message across in a simple and practical manner. He holds a degree from the University of Cape Town and is based in Johannesburg. Passionate about both academic excellence and digital engagement, Kyle is pursuing his interests in all areas of SA tax and related compliance requirements and is soon to become a registered tax practitioner.

Our webinar will be held on Microsoft Teams. All attendee’s will be added to the Microsoft Teams meeting once payment has been confirmed.

Fees, Payment & Invoicing (if applicable)
- All fees quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made by the due date stated on the invoice or booking confirmation.
- Late payment may result in delayed or denied access to the webinar.
- The attendee is responsible for ensuring purchase order numbers, billing details and email addresses are correct at the time of registration.
Cancellations, Substitutions & Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organiser’s designated contact email address.
- If refunds are offered, any approved refund may be subject to an administrative fee and/or bank charges.
- Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost, provided the organiser is notified in writing before the webinar start time.
- Non-attendance (“no-shows”) may be non-refundable.
- The organiser reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the webinar due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the organiser may offer a replacement date, a credit, or a refund at its discretion.
Programme, Speakers & Content Changes
- The agenda, timings, speakers, and content may change without prior notice.
- The organiser will make reasonable efforts to deliver the webinar as advertised, but does not guarantee any specific outcome, qualification, accreditation, or competency achievement unless explicitly stated.
Recordings, Materials & Intellectual Property
- The webinar (including audio, video, slides, handouts, and any supporting materials) remains the intellectual property of the organiser and/or presenters.
- Attendees may not record, screenshot, photograph, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or transmit any part of the webinar or materials without prior written permission.
- If a recording is made available after the event, access (where provided) is for the registered attendee(s) only and for personal/internal business use, and may be time-limited.

- By registering, attendees consent to the organiser processing their personal information for event administration, communication, certification (if applicable), and related services.
- The organiser will take reasonable steps to protect personal information and will not knowingly sell personal data to third parties.
- Limited attendee information (e.g., name and email) may be shared with platform providers and/or facilitators solely to deliver the webinar.
Certificates (if applicable)
- Certificates of attendance (where offered) may be issued to attendees who meet any stated requirements (e.g., attendance thresholds or completion of assessments).
- The organiser reserves the right to withhold certificates where registration details are incomplete or where access has been shared in breach of these terms.
