Breaking news! The Director General of Employment and Labour, has announced a welcome extension of the COIDA ROE submission season.

That’s right, you now have a little longer to get your submissions in, with the deadline moved from 31 May to 30 June 2023.

Government Gazette No. 48673 was published on 30 May 2023 and also confirmed the Maximum Earnings Limit of R568 959 for the period 1 March 2023 to 28 February 2024.

If the thought of meeting the ROE submission deadline had you worried, with all the other legislative and payroll tasks that need attention at this time of year, you can take a deep breath. You have an additional buffer period, and can rest assured that you are working within the designated boundaries.
